Building on 26 years of worldwide customer feedback, GrayWolf’s DirectSense XM is a versatile, hand-held, desktop or wall-mounted probe-datalogger that accepts up to eight plug-and-play smart sensors. Engineered for indoor air quality (IAQ), occupational hygiene (IH/OH), green buildings, heating ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), and a wide range of environmental monitoring, the DirectSense XM delivers highly reliable, real-time/logged data on multiple parameters with minimal setup.

- Onboard datalogging: Stores months of readings without the need for an attached device (allowing a lower price point).
- Modular Sensor Array: 2–8 interchangeable, plug-and-play smart sensors per probe.

- Carbon Dioxide (NDIR), low and high ranges

- Smart Sensor Repeatability: Integrated micro-board stores calibration data with a patented design for sensors to move probe to probe without any calibration adjustment for the new probe.
- Built-In Fans: Eliminates sensor heating artifacts and accelerates response times.
- Rugged Enclosure: Rubberized grips, brass tripod/belt-clip mount, and secure hatch for easy sensor swaps.
- Rechargeable Power: Li-ion battery with charging stand (which includes wall mount bracket), or power from various cable-connected platforms.
Connectivity & Data Management
- Multiple Interfaces: Bluetooth LE, Wi-Fi, and/or USB cable.
- Platform Integration:
- Works with GrayWolf’s AdvancedSense® XM purpose-built meters for additional parameters (Particulates, Differential Pressure, Air Velocity), local display, extended logging, and extensive extra features.
- Connects to Windows PCs, tablets, smartphones (Android, iOS, MacOS) for local display, extended logging, and extra features.
- Internet connection to the GrayWolfLive™ cloud app for remote real-time display/logging and advanced features.
- Onboard Data Logging: Stores months of data on the internal memory for download and reporting via WolfSense®PC Windows report generation software, and soon direct to Android, iOS, MacOS devices.
- Cloud Data Logging: Store a year of data to GrayWolfLive via Wi-Fi connection and access via GrayWolfLive™ cloud dashboards. Download and reporting via WolfSensePC Windows report generation software.
