Upgrade Your DirectSense II Probe
Give your DSII probe DSXM functionality with a Remote Upgrade*, available for most DSII’s manufactured after October 2022. *Some probes manufactured 2022-2023 may need to be returned to GrayWolf for a firmware update.
If you purchased a DSII in 2025 the upgrade is at no charge! Contact SalesTeam@GrayWolfSensing.com by June 30, 2025 to organize your free upgrade.
If you purchased a DSII between Q4 2022-2024, the remote upgrade is available at a low cost. Contact your local distributor or GrayWolf direct for details. Along with a password and link to the remote upgrade software with instructions, you’ll receive a mailed label for the probe indicating this upgrade.

Older DirectSense II & DirectSense I trade-ins
If your DirectSense II predates WolfRadios, or you have the earlier DirectSense I, GrayWolf offers significant trade-in discounts towards the purchase of a new DirectSense XM. Contact your local distributor or GrayWolf directly for more information.
Service/Calibration Contracts are Transferable
If you have an existing AdvancedSense Pro or DirectSense II service contract, but want to upgrade to AdvancedSense XM and/or DirectSense XM, the contract is transferable (and extendable).
